Liheg and the Lemon Tree – the Trilogy. This book from Art of Melush was originally published in three volumes. Coined a “silent comic” as there are no words. Printed in black and white it truely like the comic book version of an old silent film, set in a magical fairytale world. Now with the new formats at Lulu, this special edition has been re-imagined with a sepia tone and some full colour page spreads. Bringing a little more life to this very magical tale!
Melush- Drawing Light from the Dark. This book from Art of Melush follows the career of Melinda McCarthy from when she first started out up until 2018 (when the book was published). It includes a large portion of her work over the years including works now held in private collections worldwide. It also gives an insight into the journey of the artist. The inspiration behind the pieces and even behind the creation of Art of Melush and it’s little logo.
Journey of the Stone. This most recently published book from Art of Melush serves as a catalogue of work created by Melinda McCarthy for her latest collection. Finished in 2020 the work was supposed to be for a live exhibit but due to the current times instead became a virtual show. The 3d gallery show can be seen here on the Art of Melush site. But check out Lulu.com for your very own book of the collection.
