In 2012 when this painting was conceived, all were worrying about the end of the world. The prophesies of the Mayan calendar, watching closely on their screens to see what would happen. Yes watching ever so closely on the screens. But did they watch what was around them? Maybe the end came of the world as we knew it anyway and we did not notice!
The world is certainly a different place, but we can just keep on looking at the lovely screens!
