From a small Alchemy collection, inspired from a book written on the Emerald Tablet which discussed Alchemy from a perspective of not just turning metals to Gold but rather finding a personal spiritual Gold. Part of this process is fermentation, like brewing a fine wine. Thoth who some say was the original Hermes sits in his wisdom with the tablet. Alchemical symbols hidden in the painting lead the seeker to truth.
